The menu continues with exquisite dishes such as fried lobster, partridge and truffle escudella or suckling pig with razor clams and citrus. These creations reflect the essence of Empordà cuisine, masterfully reinterpreted.

The experience is completed with “Dairy Treasures” selected by Toni Gerez, and sweet endings including desserts such as bread, wine and chocolate or passion fruit, elderflower and vodka.
