Tast i Tastets continues its excellent program of wine pairing dinners. This time we showcase the Michelin-starred Maralba Restaurant and its updated Manchego cuisine based on locally sourced products.
Behind this innovative restaurant is chef and owner Fran Martínez, who mans the stoves at Maralba in Almansa (Albacete) after extensive experience in the culinary world and at Michelin-starred restaurants like Mas Pau.
