Tast i Tastets

Chef Xavier Sagristà and maître-d’ and sommelier Toni Gerez, the pair behind Castell Peralada Restaurant, are the new faces of the latest edition of Tast i Tastets. 

This culinary series offers a program of themed wine pairing dinners (€110). Each dinner will feature a specific locally sourced product which is highlighted on the menu prepared by Sagristà, with dishes paired with wines selected by Gerez.
